Boomtown is a western-themed casino located about eight miles west of downtown Reno at
Exit 4 on I-80. This is a friendly casual place appealing to a wide variety of customers
(truckers, locals, road-trippers, young and old) where the prices are quite reasonable.
The large complex includes a truck stop, Chevron gas station and mini-mart,
203 space RV park, convention center, a family fun center, as well as
restaurants and a hotel.

Boomtown' hotel has 318 rooms and suites plus an indoor swimming pool.
Rooms come equipped with a hair dryer, iron and board, coffee maker, an assortment of tea,
and a television. Suites have additional amenities such as a wet bar, a fridge, and an in-room safe
(depending on type of suite). Shuttle service to downtown is provided.
There is also an RV park situated next to hotel and casino.
Golf and Ski packages are available.
Boomtown also has meeting and convention space, as well as banquet rooms for special events and weddings.

Dining choices at Boomtown Casino include the following:
- The Silver Screen Buffet features over 200 items including grilled
entrees and international cuisine (Asian, Italian, or Mexican depending on the day of the week).
- Cassidy's is a prime rib restaurant with an extensive wine list. Besides
prime rib ($18-48), other entrees include seafood, steak, chicken and pasta (most are $18-32).
- Sundance Cantina is the Boomtown's 24-hour full-service coffee shop. In addition to the usual fare, it also features
Mexican inspired specialties and a margarita bar. This is also home to Boomtown's T-Bone Special and their
late-night steak and egg special.
Prices are reasonable: entrees are generally around $9, burgers $6.50, and wood fired
pizzas run about $8.
- Starbucks serves coffee, tea, pastries and light snacks.
- Drovers Inn Restaurant, located in the truckers' complex, offers both a buffet
and a diner menu full of hearty homestyle selections.

The casino features loud slots, western-themed bars, and a low black ceiling, giving the impression of
lots of action and excitement.
With over 1100 machines, they have all of the latest
and most popular themed video and reel slots including Wheel of
Fortune, the Price is Right, Enchanted Unicorn, as well as many others.
Boomtown also has 30 table games ($3 blackjack), Keno, a small race and sports book, and a five table, non-smoking poker room.
Children can enjoy the Family Fun Center, which features 200 games.

There is live entertainment in the Cabaret Lounge. Shows are at 8pm till 1am weekends (and select weeknights).
There is a large fun center that includes indoor miniature golf, a 3D motion theater,
an antique carousel, a covered wagon themed Ferris wheel, and a rodeo ride. Individual
ride tickets as well as unlimited access passports can be purchased.
Especially For Truckers -
Boomtown has a separate truckers' complex that includes the Drovers
Inn Restaurant, a mini-mart,
showers, self-service fuel islands, slots and video poker machines, a video lounge with a giant
screen TV, laundry facilities, CAT scales, permits and ATM machines.
Boomtown Casino Shuttle -
For those staying in Reno who do not have a car or do not want to drive,
Boomtown has a complimentary shuttle. They even give a free collectors mug for out of
state shuttle passengers. The shuttle stop in Reno is at the National Bowling Stadium.
There is also shuttle service from the casino to Boomtown's RV Park, mini-mart and trucker's
complex.
